Google completes Fitbit purchases

Google has officially purchased Fitbit a month after receiving approval from the European Commission. Google has once again urged that it does not want to get consumer health data but it only comes to selling fitbet devices.

Google said in a statement that they want to offer new services and products together with Fit Butt that will provide more knowledge, success, health and happiness to customers.
Google says users’ privacy and security are sensitive and will give users full control over their data. Google says they’ll keep users’ data separate from Google’s own data obtained through Fit Butt. Google announced buying Fitbit at $1.72 billion at the end of 2019.
